Top Tier Performance LLC ("TTP", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through toptierperform.com and the Top Tier Performance app, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
- Contact information — your name and email address when you take the mental performance quiz, request a free resource, apply for coaching, submit a contact form, or join a waitlist.
- Quiz and assessment responses — your answers and scores from the Mental Performance Assessment, used to deliver your results and recommend next steps.
- Application details — sport, goals, and related information you provide when applying for coaching or inquiring about team programs.
- Payment information — handled by our payment processors (Stripe, RevenueCat, Apple App Store, Google Play). TTP never stores your full card details.
- App usage data — training activity and progress inside the TTP app, used to power your experience and improve the product.
- Crash and diagnostic data — if the TTP app crashes or hits an error, it sends us a crash report: the error, a stack trace, your device model and operating system version, the app version, and which screen was open. These reports are not linked to you. No user identifier is attached, only a broad role category such as athlete or coach. Crash reporting is on in the app you install from the store and off in developer builds. Today this applies to the Android app.
How We Use It
- To deliver what you asked for — quiz results, downloads, coaching follow-up, and program information.
- To respond to applications and inquiries.
- To send relevant emails about TTP programs and resources. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To process payments and manage subscriptions.
- To find and fix crashes and errors in the app.
- To improve our services.
We do not sell your personal information. Ever.
Services We Rely On
TTP uses trusted third-party services to operate. Each receives only what it needs to do its job:
- Google Firebase — secure data storage, authentication, and hosting.
- Firebase Crashlytics — crash reporting for the app. Receives crash and diagnostic data only, never your name, email, or account identifier.
- EmailJS — delivery of form notifications and result emails.
- Stripe — payment processing for coaching and web purchases.
- RevenueCat — app subscription management.
- Calendly — session scheduling.
Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services or as required by law. Lead and inquiry records that go inactive are periodically reviewed and removed.
Your Choices
- Unsubscribe — every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
- Access or deletion — you can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it at any time.
To opt out, access your data, or request deletion, email info@toptier-perform.com. We respond within 30 days.
Children
Many TTP athletes are minors. Athletes under 18 should use TTP services with the knowledge and consent of a parent or guardian. Parents can contact us at any time to review or remove their athlete's information.
Changes to This Policy
If we make meaningful changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated policy.
